Godrej Reserve is a resort-inspired high-rise development on Akurli Road in Kandivali East, opposite Growel's 101. The site was once a gaushala with mature tree cover, and the towers now sit around about 6 acres of landscaping over two levels, laid out as four themed zones: Forest Retreat, Tropical Oasis, Spring Terraces, and Green Acres.

Established in 1990, Godrej Properties is the first real estate company in India to have ISO certification, and is currently developing landmark projects across 15+ cities covering over 21.7 million square metres.
